There is a whole tag called "My First Tag" which you can google to get a lot of ideas which I'm sure you could elaborate on to make a whole video.

Also, at the end (or beginning) of your video you could ask your viewers for ideas which could create viewer engagement and give you ideas.

You can start from your childhood and how you began to pursue your career, kinda like where it all began! :D
talk about what you used to say you wanted to be and what you actually became.
also mention how you got there!! good luck bud :D
 
first relationship, first kiss, first pet, first drink, first youtube video, first cavity, first broken bone, first pokemon :p
 
I have one that might be dark but could make for a good video. The first time you realized that you will die some day
