Pretty good for your first attempt at a BG.

I've seen worse ones on other forums

Just look up on tutorials and such in order to improve your Photoshopping skills

It is very good, but one thing - you see there are still those white lines from cutting around some of the things you've cut out. I'm sure there are tools to fix that in Photoshop. I use GIMP myself and there the tools are called 'color picker' and an 'airbrush tool'. That's what you need to get rid of the white lines.
But it is very well done indeed

Pretty good for your first time...My first photoshop photo was like OMG but you are pretty good at it...and for the white lines you can use feather or smooth on photoshop

Not bad at all. My only comment is that the background to the characters seems a little bland. Maybe try different textures?

But again its pretty good, you'll only get better the more you do.
