The first thing you need to do is make sure everything is yours: the video, the recording, and the lyrics. The only thing that should be theirs is the series of notes. That gives you a fighting chance.

Here's the problem, their claim started at 15 seconds into the video, which isn't even where the music is the prominent part, I start singing there.

I don't understand why they didn't claim the first 15 seconds.
I'm confused by them.

GUYS UPDATE:

I reuploaded it with a different soundtrack (if you listen to it you'll find that it's completely different but still sounds similar, Instalok used the same one on is Get LP version)
Hopefully is sounds just as good...

I noticed that too! I don't think I did a very good job with balancing the first time. I did more tweaks and also got to get rid of the terrible Content ID match!

Haha glad you got rid of that. I had a few too I had to take the videos down...sigh.
