My Adsense was disabled... What now?

Nope. It's almost as if the entire Google corporation is run by robots. I have contacted countless emails and have never gotten a reply, I even called the Adsense number and spent 40 minutes on hold only to get an automatic answer which gave no help. So a few months back I got an Adsense account so I could earn money from my videos. It was all going fine and dandy until BAM! Partnership disabled. Youtube out of nowhere disabled my Adsense (When I say out of nowhere I mean it... I got banned from "Invalid clicking", saying that I was clicking my own ads for more money. I was not doing this, and my stats showed nothing unusual.) I sent in an appeal, professionally written, and I explained myself best I could. Still, they didn't let me back in.
My channel has a reasonable amount of subs, so I don't want to make a new one... But now I have lost my custom thumbnail option, and all other partner features. I have tried calling Youtube and every other form of contact, I have not gotten any response.
I have also tried partnering with other Youtube sites such as AwesomenessTV, but they wont take me because my Adsense was disabled. ARGH! So much respect lost for Google and their support team.
Whew that was dramatic... But the point of this is asking what can I do? Is there ANY way I can get my partnership back? Or at least the custom thumbnail option? Haha that is really the only thing I want back xD Oh, and it was disabled about 2 months ago, but I am still fighting for it.
Your only course of action right now is to appeal (you can appeal more than once). Supply as much hard evidence as you can and be nice.

If you still keep failing at your appeal, your only course of action is to make a new youtube channel. If you wish to partner it, you can start a new adsense account under a business name, or leave it unmonetized and partner with a network.
You can try to appeal it... but adsense is a fickle mistress and you're probably going to get bad news.
So from there if monetization is an issue look for networks that don't require adsense- or look to monetize in other ways while building a community around your content.
