My adsense account hasn't been approved yet. Can I still strike a stolen video?

Hey guys, so my video was recently stolen and re-uploaded with little to no credit, and certainly no approval, TWICE. (Apparently, my account isn't old enough to post links. One video had nearly 1.5 mil and the other 455k, with a third, different video uploaded at 250k)

My channel has just had it's adsense account confirmed, and the video was previously not monetized. Do I still have a standing if I attempt to claim it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated! I'm missing out on revenue!
 
I think that even if you didn`t have an adsense account, you're still able to claim your content, so I would suggest you to try it, that way you can claim some of the revenue the stolen video is getting. Good luck.
