The issue with getting an invalid clicks email is that it is very rare for them to re-enable your account, if you didnt click on your own ads then you would think they would be able to detect that and let you back in but sadly its never the case and its also extremely unfair, you would think with all the investing into new stuff they do they would at some point invest into sorting this out so they can detect who is doing wrong and who isnt. I hate hearing about this happen, it really winds me up that innocent people get pushed out of Adsense because their systems cant detect stuff properly. I wish you good luck man but I wouldnt ever get your hopes up with any appeal etc it is seemingly automated and you wont get a proper response from a person
