I have some questions
Isn't there any way to upload remixes(that I made) on Youtube
There must be some way because I have encountered some channels having those remixes of big artists and they are there fron 1 or 2 years...
Some way?

You can upload them all you want, they will however break the rules, and it also depends on the severity. Of course they could get taken down without notice, but if you just use a 3 second line before a dubstep drop you would be fine.

I really can't advice you to upload them if you want to be a partner, since it breaks every rule.

So I can upload but if I dont ant to monetize those(actually I cannot I know that)
I just want to keep them on my channel.I have 11 of them right now and they are still there.
WIll that affect my chances of partnership with any network?..

Your chances are alot smaller, maybe make them private or unlisted when you apply.
