I'f you're a gamer you'd need to go with a gaming network

cause if you d0n't have the rights to those videos , then you can get a copyright strike or worse

None of them have licences (exception to Machinima, might have quite a few). Nor does it save you from the risk of getting a copyright strike even if they had licences.

because it's not allowed to monetize gaming vids without a network partnership.
