Monetization problem

Fullscreen is a good network, but remember that they accept people based on views and/or quality depending on which subnetwork you applied to. Which one did you apply to?

Maybe because in the past your country is not eligible for monetization. I also have an account that's not eligible for monetization because my country not eligible so i created a new channel with a new email address. Maybe partnering with a network will solve it.
