Monetization from other's videos

Yes but you are not helping me. Here in Greece, things with Youtube monetization are at stone ages.

I own a company that builds content for artists and the copyrights for this composer belongs to him because he produced the masters at his own studio.

So what steps do we follow to get the rights and funds from the thousands videos uploaded with his music? To make every day claims and disputes?
