Monetise Website Footage?

Hi guys and girls, I'm just wondering if we can monetise footage of websites? Sites like twitter, youtube, facebook and such.

I'm thinking of making a second channel for social media tips and tricks. But I can't seem to find any info on the legalities of monetising footage of websites.

Help please!?
 
Just don't do it on a Disney or Nintendo site. XD Or have any of their characters likenesses: "We are contacting you regarding the picture of a rock on your desktop background that looks vaguely like our character 'Mickey Mouse'. We would like to request that you cease and desist from unauthorized use of our characters likeness. Further infractions well result in lawsuit...we'll sue you blind!"

Or something like that. ;)
