Monetisation what next?

Say Hi everybody
Hi I'm new and not expecting to get paid now unless I can as that would be cool but now I have monetisation enabled what do I do next to get actual money?
 
Either try to get partnered or start an adsense account. I would suggest aim on the views and partner at a network for the partner features.
 
There are multiple partner networks like TGN, Socialblade, RPM, TGN, Machinima and they all have different contracts.
On www.socialblade.com/youtube/user/skenkee (replace skenkee with your own yt name) you can see your average views. Socialblade partners people who have an avg of 85 views. If you meet that requirement a partner button wil pop up on that page. It's probably the easiest netwerk to get in to I think.

The other networks have higher requirements. And I'm sure some recruiters from different networks scout youtube / this forum for potential partners. So the more avg views you get the higher the chance someone will contact you to ask if you want to partner at their network.
