I think its Youtube bot automaically found something suspicious (wrongly) that can be copyrighted, nothing personal.
The only thing will be annoying that you probably will need to wait for manual review of that video (could take even a month or more)
But as everybody says Minecraft is ok to monetize, so it is just a question of time when YT staff take time to review your video (if you provided more info and link to Minecraft terms).
I guess you are not partnered with Network?
I had same issues randomly on game video uploads when was partnered directly with Youtube.
