Mental Health: My Story

Usually I'll post on a Sunday, but I delayed this particular video until 14th May as it's Mental Health Awareness Week. Before this I did make a video called 'DETAINED AND HANCUFFED' and this is a follow up to that video as sadly things didn't go quite as planned in terms of getting the help I needed.

Thankfully I'm finally feeling a lot better after being in hospital, but I felt I needed to share my story..

Thank you, it was very difficult to share but I almost felt like I had to. I'm so glad I did as well. Thank you for your kind words.
