well first of all you need more videos for people to view, make all your videos monetized and the more views you get the more income money you will get. also the more people click on the ads it will give you money.

This has to be one of the dumbest questions I've ever heard...

If you upload copyrighted content, the respectful owners are going to claim that and all revenue for themselves. What idea did you have to make it think that stealing other people's content and uploading them to YouTube would allow you to make your own money, it's total fraud.

If you want to start earning money off YouTube, make your own content.
