I have a beauty channel so it's all about makeup and those things and I'm going to ask based off of what my channel looks like do you think by my 'youtube birthday' i could do a giveaway and get a good response? I don't wanna do one and then end up just giving away all the makeup to my friends. LOL. I want some 'deserving' strangers to get them lol.
 
Do what you want, 149 subs, I'm sure some of those subscribers would want some, but keep in mind you'll get a lot of inactive subscribers who are just there for the free stuff
