Sorry just saw this
I stood in front of a white sheet so it was easy to cut the shape of me out and then, I used GIMP software to make the image black and white and also transparent. Then I just used a background color of my choice and it just fed through the whole page

If I may be picky, I would bring your self picture a little more to the right so that your arm on the left is fully showing.
I don't like how your arm is being cut off... that portion looks amateurish.
LOL! I'm only being extremely picky here... I have a bit of OCD.
