Actually, if it takes a good amount of time, I WOULDN'T use Fiverr. I would make a few videos and SEO the heck out of them for a good keyword. Get a wordpress site about the jingles, and create a Facebook page. Name the page something like, "Get a theme song for your podcast from Symphonious".
