I already told you what you need to address. The CPM is way too low, your support/response time is way too slow, you have no other perks listed for larger channels and you have no track record. Since Shane is involved and usually quotes gross CPM, that figure is so low that if I received that, I'd feed pieces of my partner manager's corpse to my crew for my next video.
