Machinima Not Paying For Past Months?

Hello, my youtube channel.. the one that I've had for years and is the only one that I still kept true to gaming and all.. no vines and bla bla bla. Well, it's only making 15-20 dollars a month.. but I'm growing it. And I'm afraid I need too abandon it again before all the new games come out, because Machinima isn't paying me? I haven't gotten a payment today, or last month on the 15th.. and well.. the previous month I got my FRIEND's payment, and not mine. *i paid my friend his money back.. and I have no idea how I got his money. His account is registered for BANK transfers, not PAYPAL. Also, he was paid hundreds of dollars under what he thought he was supposed to get paid. Me.. well... I don't know. I think I'm going to start a new channel.. and this is only going to be my like.. 15th channel because of payment issues. I had payment issues with TGN years ago, NGE over this past summer.. and now Machinima. I also asked 30 days ago on zendesk, machinima's little help thing and still NO RESPONSE. I emailed my machinima rep, luke, whom I've talked for the past year.. and no response again. Any help?
 
There are tons of people having these issues. Tweet one of the Machinima employees. (Not Machinima itself, but an employee). Often they seem respond when you make it public. It would hurt their reputation to have lots of unanswered tweets. The @Machinima twitter gets too many tweets to expect a response, but some of the support team members will respond to tweets. I have heard multiple partners who got in contact with them in this way. Also, this "Luke" may have quit/been fired in the last year, because they had a big staff change a little while back. Good luck, but I would personally leave Machinima if you get the chance.
 
To the first reply, I'll be honest.. I've been a partner for nearly a year now, and they have terrible support. BUT, in defense, they are one of the biggest networks and have tons of partners. So huge question/answer ratio per worker over there in cali. Anyways, I did go the tweeting route and the Machinima Inside twitter followed me, which at first seemed like nothing but then the very next day someone contacted me via email about payment issues. It's not amazing, since I'm only able to ask about 3-4 questions per week (since the works are so busy) but I believe I will be paid for the upcoming months. The payment issue was that I wasn't getting paid to the right paypal. :P I have no idea how it happened, but I am going to get an invoice to hopefully contact the person who got my money. Either way, it's only like pocket change that I lost, so I'm just happy that now in the future I'll be paid :) Thanks to person who mentioned tweeting. And also.. really?? I didn't know a lot of people were "fired" or.. err. something. :/ Oh well.

NP. Glad i could help. Machinima downsized when Machinima Live lost a bunch of money. People were not fired but "laid off". :)
 
Sorry to revive an old topic, but Michalch98, any update?
Ever since I was partnered with Machinima, I thought it was a scam, or maybe even, I applied to a fake machinima or something. All of my favorite youtubers are partnered with them, so I liked the idea of partnering too.

Biggest mistake...

Sure, even in my best months I barely make it past $200, but I used that to pay for my internet bill at least... Then I partnered with Machinima in May... It's November now and I have only once received payment from them. This is terrible, that and because I can't seem to find ANYONE else who has partnered with them and have the same problem... I contacted them, yes, but it takes them over a month to reply, and when they did, they requested I fill out a W9 form. So, I did that, no problem, that was near the end of July. They gave me my first payment, of 154$... That couldn't be right, right? I checked my youtube analytics, and from the last time I was paid (from adsense, in April) I should have been paid over 600$. So, that's fine, I'm still getting a free 153$ right? No need to complain... At least they paid me.

That's what I thought. Next month, September, no payment. I let it slide, net month, OCTOBER 15TH, I send them a ticket to their zendesk, and I have yet to recieve a reply. So now, November 15th has passed... No payment. My YouTube analytics also show I am growing more and more on my channel, and since my last payment I should have around 800$.

Again, I'm well aware that I shouldn't be complaining about being paid to do nothing, but this is ridiculous. I do put a lot of time and work into my videos, and knowing that all of the money it makes is going to Machinima, and NONE OF IT is coming to me, makes me feel worthless and want to quit.
