Looking to improve quality

I'm looking to improve my video quality, but I don't know where to find what i need.
I know i need a strobe and softbox for lighting, but idk how to find these things, i looked on amazon and found the softboxes, but when i look for strobes all i find are small flashlights, and then it jumps to things that are like $300, im just trying to find some cheap ones, can anyone help me? i realize all this is kinda jumbled but im really tired and its hard to type proper sentences haha

Well I know a youtuber who's holding a giveaway for studio lights just go to my channel and what the pureicandi video the link to the giveaway for is in the drop down box for studio lights.
