Man .. slow down! Where are the times where you had to be on Youtube for years before you could get partnered.. Work hard for it! You need atleast 80-100 views daily for most networks and at least a month old but still. Why not develop your channel first?

Yep used to be a time when there was only Machinima ,TGS and IGN

Machinima required 10k views a day and let you upload to one of their channels and they paid you a wage

TGS required 8k views a day and partnered your channel so you could make money off it

IGN required 25k views a day and at least 10k subs in total

Thats bad but also good in some aspects I think they should be highered to at least 400-500 views a day at least, so that it will actually be talented content producers who have partnership

I think your channel is way to new, I suggest you keep making vids until you at least reach a month old and then apply
