Livestreaming to YouTube on a Mac

How do I livestream my computer screen to a YouTube livestream? I know Windows users can use xSplit, but I'm on a Mac and I can't find a Mac version of xSplit.

I got that, but then I had to download something to allow me to open .7z files. Then it opened console, and I don't think that's what's supposed to happen...

It is iirc, it's command line. I do think GUI's exist for it, try googling "FFMpeg GUI Mac" :)
