Live Streaming on YouTube

Hey guys, I am a CreatorX (part of Fullscreen) partner and I do not have the Live Streaming feature enabled on my channel. I have everything else (banner etc. ) I was wondering if I was missing something or there a further steps to take to enable this.

I think it's the Google one? I've never used it so I assumed they were the same thing. Hehe.

I have wirecast for youtube on my mac. It's the youtube one. But I can't download it again for my pc. A bit weird.

I think it's the Google one? I've never used it so I assumed they were the same thing. Hehe.
