Summer has actually been pretty good for my channel Though I also recently cracked 100 videos and improved my thumbnails, so that may have something to do with it...

Definitely increase in views for our channel. Actually we broke the record for views per day and may be per month. I noticed that during the spring there is something like big reshuffling on YouTube. May be not all but many channels go up or down after that. I hope next year you get the up-trend!

As soon as the kids get back in school to ignore their studies the traffic will increase.

This is probably unrepresentative though, because I've been quite busy this summer, so I haven't uploaded a video every week or put as much effort into self-promotion as I normally do.
