LEAVING RPM

Speaking of leaving networks. If Machinima paid me a week late this month, and in the contract it states exactly when and how my payments arrive, do I have legal grounds to break the contract?

I wouldn't advise that. They could sue you for slander.

Hopefully if you just advise you're unhappy with their services they'll let you go with 30 days notice or something. Just be sure not to sign any new contracts until you're out of the old one ;)
I am not slandering someone..I would just say that they can't understand..I don't think it's slandering.. lol... I won't sign...

Saying 'bad things' as you put it, when those claims are unfounded is slander (defamation). If you simply don't like the network you're entitled to talk about that, but don't badmouth them if they've not breached contract or broken the law (like not paid you etc).
