Well SocialBlade is technically RPM haha :p I'd say they are a decent network. Defiantly better than ATV.

Yes RPM is way better than ATV and also pretty good for a small channel like you!
 
I recently spent some time with some of the major MCN's out there and lets just say that ATV would be the last place I would recommend anybody going to at this point.
 
Interesting move on ATV's part. Balloon the network to make it look like valuable then set up an easy out once they got Hollywood's money.

It seems to me that the Networks are doing all they can to get in bed with Hollywood when that isn't what YouTube is about.
