LAnyone know of a lag free screen recorder for mac?

So I have been having lag issues when I try to record gameplay. So anyone know any good screen recorders for mac?

If you can pay, Screenflow is a very excellent option for mac.
Then I remembered it's 100 dollars. lol

Screen Capture Pro does look good.

If you search the web, find a good equivalent to Fraps. I can't see it being that hard to find.

Screenflow is a great piece of software. The only real limitation is disk write speed (more of a factor if you're recording a talking head simultaneously), but that issue is going to be the case regardless of what software you use.

screen flow is great, when I updated to 10.8 quicktime stopped working properly and apple never fixed it ( it only is broken on my model of mac the mid 2010 as far as I know)

all my current videos are made with screen flow if you want to see its quality ( in minecraft :L)

I use iShowU and Camtasia both work very well i had no lagging issues with either one
