Lag in vids but not in game + Dark Recordings

Ok so, I uploaded my GTA V video earlier and I noticed that the recording is dark and I couldn't record in fullscreen but had to switch to windowed mode and record, there was also lag or stutter when I was driving around, the lag is just in videos and I didn't experience any lag when I was playing, so how do I fix this considering it just happens in gta v and i havent had any trouble with other games, thank you for the help!

So is there any way I can play in fullscreen and record plus get rid of the while driving? I can probably fix the dark recordings by editing in sony vegas or something so yeah.

Not sure if I can post the video here so you guys can see the issue but yeah.
 
I don't know a lot about OBS, but I think there are some brightness settings in it and you'll have to try to record in game/window/selected area OBS mode and then see what will happen.
