Keemstar lying to stay on youtube

For anyone who doesn't know, Keemstar's channel has been deleted in the past so to avoid getting his new channel (NewDramaAlert) from getting shut down, he supposedly gave ownership of the channel to someone else as it says on his channel "DISCLAIMER: Daniel Keem a.k.a KEEMSTAR did not create, nor does he possess or have access to any part of this channel. He is a contracted content producer which according to the YouTube Terms of Service and Community Guidelines is 100% okay." But on one of his streams Keemstar watched a youtube video and you can clearly see that he is logged into the #Dramaalert channel. Basically if he supposedly did not have any access to the account then why is he logged into it on stream? I don't think he should be able to lie like this and get away with it.

P.S i would provide links to pictures as evidence to support but YTtalk doesn't allow them, Also this isn't to flame on any fans or to start any hatred but if it was my favorite Youtuber i still don't think he should get away with it. If you wish to see the evidence yourself if you google it there is evidence everywhere as did many big Youtubers expose him.

It's not right but for all his stupid comments he's got to be fairly intelligent to keep worming his way out of everything. Defiantly a dangerous character.

The big problem with things like this is that by adding to the drama you keep a person hot and people will continue to watch his content.

...

Wait...

I just brought this thread to the top... FAIL!

Where does it say he can't have access to the channel? Does that mean none of the workers at the restaurant can have access to go in by himself either? Not sure what you're saying - Just because he has access doesn't mean he owns it.

The drama Paradox... the more there is the more people hate on it but the more popular it becomes. The dude seems like a pretty big P.O.S but he's making some serious coin and I can't get mad at him for that.

Keemstar actually lost 200K subs in the past week for this. And for those defending him. He has been terminated multiple times and in youtube's community guidelines it states "Users whose accounts have been terminated are prohibited from accessing, possessing or creating any other YouTube accounts. When an account is terminated, the account owner will receive an email detailing the reason for the suspension." which means he has absolutely 0 right to access a channel AT ALL. Reason for this is he did one of these 3 ways to get terminated according to youtube guidelines
  • Repeated violations of the Community Guidelines or Terms of Service
  • A single case of severe abuse (such as predatory behavior or spam)
  • Accounts dedicated to a policy violation (hate speech, harassment, impersonation, etc)

PS: if you know about this ordeal already this post isn't for you. I am simply bringing attention to the fact that people can exploit the youtube community guidelines and lie about it to stay a float and that it needs to be fixed.

Yea I agree with you. The problem is the youtube community is SO MASSIVE and there is SO MUCH CONTENT that it would take an incredible amount of resources to police it successfully. The current "fair use" and "strike system" they have in place are glaringly bad, and the only reason they have even responded to this fact is because some of their biggest creators are starting to talk about it.

I don't necessarily think the show "dramalert" is bad, but Keemstar as an individual seems like an absolute punk with all his threats and doxing people and giving out personal info. He's like a 5 year old cry baby when someone calls him out for something it's hard to watch.
