I know everyone can have a banner but i mean i want the legit one the one that a partner gets so when does that arrive? Being that we signed the contract on Thursday.

You should be in contact with your partner manager. They should tell you everything you need to do. Tell them you've signed the contract.
The new layout will be forced within a month so EVERYBODY will have a banner and you won't be able to tell the difference between a partner and non-partner.
