Nope I've not had to do that. Maybe you get that paragraph in the email that gives you dashboard access etc? I've not had that yet due to that fake strike I got.

Welcome! You won't need to contact YouTube if you're a member of RPM. Once you're all set up, you'll be assigned to a person who will be your main contact. Mine is a chap named Chris. Or if you're stuck for now you could contact their support email (you should have an email from support already I think).
