I have only 60 something a few weeks ago.. So I really stepped up my game the last month. I gained 11 subs since Oct 31st! :D
Hoping for 200 subs by the end of Nov... Aiming high! haha :p

I hope wherever you guys are on your YouTube journey - that you achieve your goals soon!

Good job, and advice I realize that it helps gain subs too, I'm on 75, I've gain 15 subs in week and half, so patiently waiting my time when I reach 100 subs

Hmm, How do you stay so determined? I suck at motivating myself sometimes.
 
Congratulation mate on your 100 subscriber & I really really wish you all the best.Honestly it's a great milestone,it's takes a lot of hard work to reach your first 100 subscriber.Best of luck mate,hope you reach 200 subs soon :)

I find that making a 'video list' and being able to tick them off as I upload them helps me upload often.
Also... I need to have something important that I want to share on my channel. It's really important that I make videos I am proud of. My aim is to help people.
Having a purpose for my channel (in my case helping people with problems I have faced personally) gives me incentive to keep going.
Also... I spend lots of time visualizing and imagining that I have a big following... It helps motivate me :D

Congratulations on your 100 subs. I remember getting my first 100 subs and I was so stoked. It actually happen on my first video that got 500 views. Keep up the good work and you will get more subs, views and a fan base.
