For youtube those numbers are wrong. The 68/32 split is for websites. They have never revealed the actual numbers for monetizing videos, but it's between 50-55%.

On your channel you have linked? How are you earning that much when SocialBlade says you're earning little over that per year (average)? Tell your secrets! LOL

Yes on AJBbinauralbeats, I've found socialblades calculations to be low, they don't factor in low competition niches.

Oh right okay, wasn't calling you out I just assumed SocialBlade was 'accurate' given everyone recommends them! Wow, so some of these big earners are probably raking in way more than I thought lmao.

Socialblade uses a very basic formula of 75 cents for the low end to $7 on the high end per thousand views. Since it covers all views and not just monetized ones, it's not very accurate. I've seen lots of channels make less-including some larger ones. It's actually quite easy to make more. If you have longer videos with a mid roll ad or any premium advertising, you will easily beat their estimates.
