Sorry you must be misinformed last time i contacted my partner manager i was told that you need at least 250subs and 2,500 monthly views to be in the main network. I am proof of this proven fact as well

Then they've lowered the criteria a lot lately. Last time I checked you needed around 500-1000 daily views.

Then you're a victim of cleaver marketing. Anyone with a big enough channel can join Fullscreen without going throuhg sub-networks.
