Just monetize your account. Make sure you don't have any copyright strikes. You may have to wait several weeks before the custom thumbnails come into effect.I can join RPM as I meet the requirements somehow, but I do youtube as a hobby and I don't care for the money all I want is the custom thumbnails! How can I get custom thumbnails or get a partnership without signing any legal jargon?
