Panzoid is the website and it's very simple and suprisingly in-depth. It seems you can create anything you'll need and I really like it. Just thought I'd show you guys for your future use.

Love it! But for some reason the video maker thing isn't working. It's just a blank grey screen and when I click on a template, nothing happens.

I'm not sure what you mean, I've only used it for channel art, avatar and thumbnails so far
