No contract ever says that. What they do say is the contract can be edited with the consent of both parties at any time. The concept of a contract that can be edited by only one party at any time would be an unenforceable clause that would render the contract null from the beginning.
I'd be curious to read the part of the contract that talks about payment. If it doesn't specify a threshold, they can't just add one whenever they feel like it. If they could do that, they could set the threshold at $50,000 and nobody would ever get paid. There is a good possibility that it is a breach of contract if it's not specified in the contract and was added after the fact. Perhaps we could get a comment from RPM SupportRPM Jess
I wish i had a copy of my contract some where but i can't find it on my storage server or pc.
Anyone else have any information that would help.Should i start seeking legal advice from my family lawyer.
I also tried contacting RPM via a support ticked about this issue and all they replied with was Is this about the payment threshold.
I sent a reply back and the ticket was closed with no log of my reply been there yet i did send one back.
