Not if your videos' monetization icons aren't green. Are they? And what do you see under Channel Status and Features in the monetization section? Above is what your videos should look like if you still have full partnership.I just had a look at one of your recent video postings. It isn't showing any ads. In addition, you are only showing gameplay without commentary; which is against the rules for gaming videos. From the relevant YouTube Help Article:
"Without the appropriate licence from the publisher, use of video game or software user interface must be minimal. Video game content may be monetised if the associated step-by-step commentary is strictly tied to the live action being shown and is of instructional or educational value.
Videos simply showing a user playing a video game or the use of software for extended periods of time may not be accepted for monetisation."
If the majority of your videos are like the one I just watched and don't have commentary, it's very unlikely you will be accepted back into the Partner Program as your channel now stands.
