Either or.. depends on what your audience would like.. ask them in a video.. or just try it out and see how it goes?
 
You could do that but I would assume that it would be way too time consuming to manage two channels. I would put Minecraft and vlogging in separate playlists so it's easier for you to manage the videos and for your subscribers to see. However, I would do what Jake Weber said and make a video asking what your subs prefer :)

You could set a poll up here so people can vote which one would be better. That would probably be the best option for you if you want opinions
