The best thing would be to upload the video as "Unlisted" (Instead of "Public," "Scheduled," or "Private.") Unlisted means it won't show up in YoutTube's search or your main channel, but anyone with the URL can view it.
After the video is marked as unlisted, then you can only share a link to the video in either the Reviews/Channel feedback forum for specific feedback, or the "Videos & Channels" forum.
