Is there a network that pays better than AdSense???

I think you earnings were that low since your views did drop almost to less then 100.000 in a short among of time over a timeperiode of around five Months at least according to your Stats:

Currently it does look like your Views are getting again into a healthy +250k Range but I really have the feeling that it wasn`t the fault of one of the two above mentioned Networks that your payouts were so small but more of a result of the dropped views you had encountered in the last couple of Months since Nov. 2012.​

Could I ask you when you switched from Adsense to one of those two Networks ? Was it in Nov. 2012?​

yes i realize that its coming down. however, i joined my network in feb 2013...
