Is it still Content Theft if they translate your videos?

Maybe you can work out some sort of deal with this person? If they want to do it maybe you should earn a % of any profits or something
 
I'm going to weigh in and say it's theft. Maybe they think they can get away with it by telling you but if they're going to be profitting off of your content just because they translated it then it's not right. If he reached out I would start by telling him you're not okay with it and asking him to take it down....then if it doesn't happen, go the other route.
