You can negotiate your contract length with a partner manager. As far as it being permanent, yes it's a contract so we expect for the partnership to last for the contractual period. However, in certain situations, we can agree to mutually terminate the contract with a channel.

In general, though, we strive to provide the best tools in the industry to help your channel grow so we would hope you'd be satisfied with your partnership with us.
