First, you may not end up getting paid out as you have copyright content
Second, your first payment is after 2 months, then every month thereafter

They probably mean at the end of the month

Regarding your videos, if a few people were to report your content and even if you only get 1 copyright strike, your partnership is removed immediately

Payments by networks are typically made 2 months after the month in which you earned the money. So as an example if you earn't $100 in January that would be paid in the first week of March, if you earn't $150 in February it would be paid in the first week of April and so on.

You do realize that the reason they probably don't care that much is they are backed by a tv network. If I'am not mistaken it would be Nick. Yes, the kid channel.

They post ALL the time commercials about being a YT star and such... if you actually have a super huge channel this might be okay. I'am unsure about partnerships, but I would probably stay away.
