Is Anyone Else Having This Problem?!

So, my newest video woouldn't monetize, it stayed on 'Under review' for the entire night. Now, when I checked again I got this:

And when I click the button it takes me through a sign up and then says 'Sign Up Error. Please try again later'. I've been using adsense on YT for a month now. What's going on?

I don't monetize my videos currently, but that sure is weird....

Maybe there is some sort of glitch going on at the moment. After I read this thread...I went to go check something out in my video manager to see if I was gonna have the same problem...Turns out I can't even view my video manager right now..so that's pretty odd. Maybe YT is screwing with a few things.. >w< Hopefully whatever is going on get's fixed ;D
