Yup, remove the videos without commentary and then you can reapply in seven days.
We did send you an email; I'll PM you with the email address we sent it to.
If I might make a suggestion to add this 7 day information to the rejection letters? It'll probably save you support guys a lot of trouble with people like us who just run around all confused like because we had no idea we had to wait 7 days before trying again.
See, in my case, if I'd known I probably wouldn't have had to contact support at all!

That's the email address you provided to us and it should be the email address all our correspondence with you will and has been going to. I'm afraid I can't tell you how to check that email account because it's not mine. I'd recommend searching for advice online!

Is there a way to change what email you can contact me with? I have no idea how that one came to be. I know it has something to do with Google+ but I don't know how to check the inbox.

Thanks a bundle, Jess! Ok, one last question hopefully. Will deleting the videos count against my total view count? My 2 most popular videos don't have commentary and removing them would set me back 6k views if it removes the total life time views.
