Not really. Mobile views that are monetized are only there and work for chosen "platforms". Root Android Device/ Jailbroken iDevices also have various tweaks that disables ads to show up, and the no of users are incredible high who uses these. Let me also inform you that the desktop version of youtube on mobile do not serve ads unless you use a cloud browsing server app which hardly anyone buy due to the extremely high cost. With all this even getting monetizable views is lesser than normal view and along with all these third party apps/ tweaks and limited platforms, i don't really think "MOST" views are monetizeble.

I'm not sure how you got from $7 CPM to $.81 but your math is very, very off. Can you explain exactly how you got to $.81?

ok so i have gotten 7000 video views this month and made about 5$ while i checked on my CPM i should be making 7$ .....

No, your CPM means you should be making $7 per 1000 monetized views. Look under 'gross revenue' or something for how much you should be making in total.
 
I'm with RPM making a swish $18 CPM :L I need to make more views to try get back to like 3k views a month :L I could get a payout nearly every month!

socialblade isn't part of RPM they just advertise them :) and yer it goes up over time and it also matters what things you have checked under the advert options.. I have them all checked :)

I just checked all of them :) and errr... since January I think :) I'm on the 70/30 1 year contract :)
