Iricom Is Gone!

Im partnered by Iricom Ukraine at the moment, I have contacted them by e-mail from an e-mail address that they daily replied to. As soon as I mentioned that I would like to be unpartnered they started to ignore me. I messaged them on every e-mail known... I really need my channel unpartnered and I really don't want to make a new channel for no reason...

No I have the e-mail of an Iricom worker that messages back instantly but he started ignoring me right after I asked if I could get unpartnered
