For your genre, Fullscreen's Beautique and Stylehaul are the best choices at the moment. Maker Studios has a beauty vertical, but you'll have to get a lot more views per month (think 300k +) to qualify. Big Frame will be starting a beauty/fashion vertical called Polished very soon, so that will be another option.
